Ned Russell

Ned has a B.S. in Food Science from U.C. Davis. He worked for 8 years as Manager of Quality Assurance and Product Development for a small chocolate-related company, and then for 12 years in the same capacity at Ghirardelli Chocolate in San Leandro, CA. Ned over saw 150,000 pounds of chocolate produced every day. Along with his affinity for superior chocolate, Ned has spent many years learning to play the cello and then Cello Chocolate was born, officially established in January 2013.

Debi Russell

Debi worked for a number of years in sales and marketing for Sybase, Oracle, and Apple Computer. As one of the founders of Cello Chocolate, she oversaw the business and sales side of Cello Chocolate.



Dennis Wingate

B.S. in Managerial Economics from U.C. Davis and an M.B.A. from Colorado State. Dennis spent 5 years in commercial banking at Wells Fargo Bank and spent 15 years running a successful vertically integrated company with time as a Controller, CFO, and CEO. Dennis has also started several companies from wine consulting, real estate development, sports management, and business business consulting. Dennis is currently a Business Professor at Sierra College.


Anne Diamond

CPA - MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Accounting from Sacramento State. Anne has worked in public accounting for Moss Adams and KPMG. She also provided accounting consulting work for small businesses. Anne is currently a Business Professor at Sierra College.

Denise Bushnell

MA in Communication and Marketing from Penn State and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Walden University’s School of Management and Doctor of Education candidate in Higher Education Leadership, Brandman University. Seven-year member of multiple award-winning advertising/marketing team in New York City. Denise is currently a professor of Information Technology and Business at Sierra College.
